Podiatrist Darren James founded Dimple (at the time it was Aged Foot Care) in 1997. The company grew quickly, employing more and more podiatrists and gaining more facilities. It was a winner of Smart Company’s Smart50 and BRW’s Fast 100. Now it takes pride in delivering a special brand of podiatry services to nearly 5000 aged care residents every week.
I was engaged by Darren to write the weekly employee eDM. After a quick chat with Darren, I produced a conversational style newsletter, focusing on the key values of the company, latest news and expert advice to help build employee pride in their workplace.
